Ingredients

  • 🐔 Whole Chicken – about 3-4 lbs
  • 🧈 Butter – for basting
  • 🌿 Fresh Herbs – thyme, rosemary
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍄 Burgundy Truffles – thinly sliced
  • 🍷 Foie Gras Jus – rich sauce
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 🐔 Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • 🧈 Stuff garlic and herbs under the skin of the chicken breast. Baste with butter.
  • 🍄 Roast the chicken for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • ✨ Let rest before carving and serving with Foie Gras Jus and Burgundy Truffle slices.
