Ingredients
- 🐔 Whole Chicken – about 3-4 lbs
- 🧈 Butter – for basting
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs – thyme, rosemary
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍄 Burgundy Truffles – thinly sliced
- 🍷 Foie Gras Jus – rich sauce
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 🐔 Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and seasoning with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- 🧈 Stuff garlic and herbs under the skin of the chicken breast. Baste with butter.
- 🍄 Roast the chicken for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
