Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🥛 Milk – for bechamel sauce
  • 🧈 Butter – for bechamel and cruffin
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧀 Cheese – grated (optional)
  • 🥐 Cruffin Dough – store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  • 🔥 Prepare bechamel sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, gradually add milk, and simmer until thickened.
  • 🥔 Combine mashed potatoes with sautéed onions and cheese (if using).
  • 🥐 Roll out cruffin dough, spread potato mixture and bechamel sauce.
  • 🌀 Roll up the dough tightly and cut into individual cruffins. Place in muffin tin.
  • ⏲️ Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown and cooked through.
