Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🥛 Milk – for bechamel sauce
- 🧈 Butter – for bechamel and cruffin
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧀 Cheese – grated (optional)
- 🥐 Cruffin Dough – store-bought or homemade
Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare bechamel sauce: melt butter, whisk in flour, gradually add milk, and simmer until thickened.
- 🥔 Combine mashed potatoes with sautéed onions and cheese (if using).
- 🥐 Roll out cruffin dough, spread potato mixture and bechamel sauce.
- 🌀 Roll up the dough tightly and cut into individual cruffins. Place in muffin tin.
- ⏲️ Bake at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown and cooked through.
