Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground pork – 1 lb
- 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1 cup, chopped
- 🧅 Green onions – 2, finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 40-50
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🫘 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Mix ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to form a triangle or other shape, sealing well.
- ♨️ Boil wontons in water for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- 🥣 Serve in broth or with your favorite dipping sauce.
