Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground pork – 1 lb
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🧅 Green onions – 2, finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🥟 Wonton wrappers – 40-50
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🫘 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔪 Mix ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 🥟 Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • 💧 Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to form a triangle or other shape, sealing well.
  • ♨️ Boil wontons in water for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  • 🥣 Serve in broth or with your favorite dipping sauce.
