Ingredients
- 🥟 Dumpling wrappers – 24 count
- 🐷 Ground pork – 250g
- 🥣 Pork gelatin broth – 1/2 cup (chilled/set)
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tsp minced
- 🧅 Scallions – 2 stalks chopped
- 🥢 Soy sauce & sesame oil – 1 tbsp each
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix ground pork, ginger, scallions, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl until sticky.
- 🧊 Gently fold in the chilled, set gelatin broth cubes into the pork mixture.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in each wrapper and pleat the edges tightly to seal the top.
- 💨 Arrange dumplings in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper or cabbage leaves.
- 🔥 Steam for 10-12 minutes over boiling water until the skins are translucent and the pork is cooked through.
