Pork Rib Soup

Ingredients

  • 🍖 Pork ribs – 1.5 lbs, cut into pieces
  • 💧 Water – 8 cups
  • 🥕 Carrot – 1, sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1, quartered
  • 🍄 Dried shiitake mushrooms – 4, soaked
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – 2 slices
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ White pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • ♨️ Blanch pork ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse.
  • 🥘 In a large pot, combine pork ribs, water, carrot, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger.
  • ⏳ Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until pork is tender.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
  • 🥣 Serve hot and enjoy!
