Ingredients
- 🍖 Pork ribs – 1.5 lbs, cut into pieces
- 💧 Water – 8 cups
- 🥕 Carrot – 1, sliced
- 🧅 Onion – 1, quartered
- 🍄 Dried shiitake mushrooms – 4, soaked
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Ginger – 2 slices
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ White pepper – to taste
Instructions
- ♨️ Blanch pork ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse.
- 🥘 In a large pot, combine pork ribs, water, carrot, onion, mushrooms, garlic, and ginger.
- ⏳ Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until pork is tender.
- 🧂 Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
- 🥣 Serve hot and enjoy!
