Ingredients

  • 🥟 Momo Dough – for wrapping
  • 🐷 Ground Pork – 1 lb
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌿 Ginger – grated
  • 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
  • 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
  • 🍶 Soy Sauce – for dipping

Instructions

  • 🔪 Combine ground pork, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cabbage, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  • 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with a spoonful of the pork mixture.
  • 🥟 Fold the wrapper to create momo shapes.
  • ♨️ Steam the momos for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • 🍶 Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
