Ingredients
- 🥟 Momo Dough – for wrapping
- 🐷 Ground Pork – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌿 Ginger – grated
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – chopped
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – for dipping
Instructions
- 🔪 Combine ground pork, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, cabbage, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- 🥟 Fill each momo wrapper with a spoonful of the pork mixture.
- 🥟 Fold the wrapper to create momo shapes.
- ♨️ Steam the momos for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 🍶 Serve hot with soy sauce for dipping.
