Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 1 cup
- 🥩 Pork chops – 2
- 🧅 Onion – 1, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥕 Carrot – 1, diced
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1/2 cup, shredded
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍚 Cook rice according to package directions.
- 🥩 Season pork chops and pan-fry until cooked through.
- 🧅 Sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add carrot and cabbage; cook until tender.
- 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the vegetables; stir well.
