Ingredients

  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Curry Leaves – 1 sprig for aroma
  • 🍋 Tamarind Paste – 1 tbsp for tanginess
  • 🌶️ Turmeric & Chili Powder – 1 tsp each

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, curry leaves, and ginger-garlic paste until golden.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices, cooking until they soften and the oil begins to separate.
  • 💧 Stir in the tamarind paste and coconut milk, bringing the sauce to a gentle simmer.
  • 🐟 Carefully add the fish pieces and cook on medium-low heat for about 8-10 minutes.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm with steamed rice or crusty bread.
