Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • 🌾 Flour – 2 cups
  • 🥄 Baking Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌻 Oil – for frying
  • Powdered ❄️ Sugar – for dusting

Instructions

  • 🥚 Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • 🌾 In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • 🥄 Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides.
  • ❄️ Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
