Ingredients
- 🥩 Ground meat – 500g (beef, pork, or mix)
- 🥖 Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – ½ cup, grated
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- 🍅 Tomato sauce – 2 cups
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🧅 Onion – ½ medium, finely chopped
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 👐 Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 🤏 Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
- 🔥 In a pan, heat tomato sauce and add meatballs.
- 🥘 Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Serve hot.
