Ingredients

  • 🥩 Ground meat – 500g (beef, pork, or mix)
  • 🥖 Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  • 🥚 Egg – 1 large
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – ½ cup, grated
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato sauce – 2 cups
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – ½ medium, finely chopped
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • 👐 Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • 🤏 Roll the mixture into small meatballs.
  • 🔥 In a pan, heat tomato sauce and add meatballs.
  • 🥘 Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Serve hot.
