Ingredients

  • 🍚 Idli – 6-8 pieces

  • 🌱 Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • 🥄 Oil – 2 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – for sprinkling

Instructions

  • 🔪 Cut idlis into bite-sized pieces.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves.
  • 🍚 Add idli pieces and sprinkle podi.
  • 🔄 Toss well to coat idlis evenly.
  • ✨ Sprinkle water, cook until crisp, and serve hot.
