Ingredients

  • 🥚 Egg – 1 large
  • 💧 Water – for poaching
  • 🥄 Vinegar – 1 tsp (white)
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌶️ Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 💧 Fill a saucepan with water and add vinegar, bring to a simmer.
  • 🌀 Create a gentle whirlpool in the water.
  • 🥚 Crack the egg into a small bowl, then gently slide it into the simmering water.
  • ⏳ Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the egg white is set but the yolk is still runny.
  • 🥄 Remove with a slotted spoon, drain excess water, and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. ✨
