Ingredients
- 🌾 Flour – 3 cups
- 💧 Water – 1.5 cups
- 🌱 Yeast – 2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🌱 Mix yeast with warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- 🌾 In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- ♨️ Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
- 🔥 Bake for 5-7 minutes until puffed up. Serve warm.
