Ingredients

  • 🥛 Milk – 1 cup, lukewarm
  • 🌾 Flour – 3 cups, all-purpose
  • 🌱 Yeast – 2 tsp, active dry

  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • 🌰 Pistachios – 1/2 cup, shelled and chopped
  • ✨ Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🌱 Activate yeast in lukewarm milk with a pinch of sugar.
  • 🌾 In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and melted butter. Add yeast mixture.
  • Knead dough until smooth. Add chopped pistachios and vanilla extract. Let rise for 1 hour.
  • 🔥 Divide dough, shape into buns, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
