Ingredients

  • 🌾 All-purpose flour – 1.5 cups
  • 🥚 Eggs – 3 large at room temperature
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1 cup granulated
  • 🧈 Butter – ½ cup softened
  • 🥜 Pistachios – ½ cup finely crushed
  • 🍫 Nutella – 4 tbsp for swirling
  • 🥛 Milk – ½ cup
  • 🥄 Baking powder – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Whisk butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in the eggs one by one.
  • 🌾 Gently fold in the flour, baking powder, and crushed pistachios until combined.
  • 🥧 Pour the batter into a greased pan and dollop Nutella on top, swirling with a toothpick.
  • 🌡️ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • ✨ Allow the keke to cool completely before slicing and serving.
