Ingredients
- 🍍 Fresh pineapple – 4 cups, cubed and frozen
- 🌶️ Jalapeño – 1 small, seeded and minced
- 🍯 Agave nectar or honey – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lime juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Sea salt – a small pinch
Instructions
- 🍍 Place frozen pineapple cubes, jalapeño, lime juice, and sweetener into a high-speed blender.
- 🌪️ Blend on high speed, pulsing and scraping down sides, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- ⚖️ Adjust the heat by adding more jalapeño if desired, or sweetness with extra honey.
- ❄️ Serve immediately for a soft texture, or freeze for 4 hours for a scoopable consistency.
- ✨ Garnish with a fresh slice of jalapeño or lime zest before serving.
