Ingredients
- 🌾 Flour – for pasta dough
- 💧 Water – for pasta dough
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – optional
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated, for serving
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (basil, parsley) – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍝 Make pici pasta dough, roll and cut into thick, hand-rolled strands.
- 💧 Cook pici in boiling salted water until al dente.
- 🧄 Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) in olive oil.
- 🍅 Add your favorite sauce (tomato-based or cacio e pepe) and simmer.
- ✨ Toss cooked pici with sauce, garnish with parmesan and herbs, and serve.
