Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – cooked, for serving
- 🌿 Thai Basil – 1 cup fresh leaves
- 🌶️ Chili Peppers – 2-3, minced (adjust to taste)
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🥩 Ground Meat (chicken, pork, or beef) – 1 lb
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2 medium, sliced
- 🐟 Fish Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Oyster Sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🍳 Egg – 2 (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and chili peppers; stir-fry until fragrant.
- 🥩 Add ground meat and stir-fry until cooked through and browned.
- 🧅 Add onion and stir-fry until softened.
- 🐟 Add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
- 🌿 Stir in Thai basil until wilted. Serve immediately over rice, topped with a fried egg if desired. 🍳
