Ingredients
- 🥔 Gnocchi – 500g
- 🌿 Pesto – 1/2 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated
- 💧 Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 💧 Cook gnocchi according to package directions.
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 🌿 Stir in pesto and heat through.
- 🥔 Add cooked gnocchi to the pesto sauce and toss to coat.
- 🧀 Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
