Ingredients
- 🌱 Green Moong Dal – 1 cup soaked overnight
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green Chili – 1-2, chopped
- 🫚 Ginger – small piece, grated
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Grind soaked moong dal, green chili, ginger, and salt into a smooth batter.
- 🧅 Add chopped onions and cilantro to the batter and mix well.
- 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or pan, and spread a thin layer of batter to make a crepe.
- 🥄 Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until golden brown and crispy.
- ✨ Serve hot with ginger chutney or coconut chutney.
