Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken pieces – 1 kg
- 🌶️ Peri Peri sauce – 1/2 cup
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves minced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🌿 Herbs (oregano, thyme) – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with peri peri sauce, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins.
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 🧅 Sauté chopped onion in a pan until translucent.
- 🍗 Add marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- ♨️ Transfer to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
