Ingredients

  • sugar – granulated
  • 🫓 Puff pastry – store-bought or homemade
  • 🍦 Vanilla ice cream – for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • 🍯 Melt butter and sugar in an oven-safe skillet until caramelized.
  • 🍐 Arrange pear quarters in the caramel.
  • 🫓 Top with puff pastry, tucking edges inside the pan.
  • ⏲️ Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown. Flip carefully and serve warm with ice cream.
