Ingredients

  • 🥔 Cornstarch – for dusting

Instructions

  • 🍑 Prepare peach filling by cooking diced peaches with a little sugar until softened.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar to form a smooth batter.
  • ♨️ Steam the batter until it becomes translucent and sticky.
  • 🖐️ Once cooled slightly, wrap small portions of peach filling with the mochi dough.
  • ✨ Dust with cornstarch to prevent sticking and serve.
