Ingredients

  • 🫘 Mixed Vegetables (potatoes, peas, cauliflower) – boiled
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tbsp
  • 🧈 Butter – for cooking and serving
  • 🍞 Pav (Bread Rolls) – for serving
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🍋 Lemon – for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter in a pan, add onions and ginger-garlic paste, sauté well.
  • 🍅 Add tomatoes and Pav Bhaji masala, cook until the oil separates.
  • 🥘 Mash the boiled vegetables and add them to the pan. Add water to adjust consistency.
  • 🧂 Simmer for 15-20 minutes, mashing occasionally.
  • ✨ Serve hot with buttered pav, cilantro, and a squeeze of lemon.
