Ingredients
- 🫘 Mixed Vegetables (potatoes, peas, cauliflower) – boiled
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – diced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tbsp
- 🧈 Butter – for cooking and serving
- 🍞 Pav (Bread Rolls) – for serving
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🍋 Lemon – for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter in a pan, add onions and ginger-garlic paste, sauté well.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and Pav Bhaji masala, cook until the oil separates.
- 🥘 Mash the boiled vegetables and add them to the pan. Add water to adjust consistency.
- 🧂 Simmer for 15-20 minutes, mashing occasionally.
- ✨ Serve hot with buttered pav, cilantro, and a squeeze of lemon.
