Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken pieces – bite-sized
  • 🥣 Besan (gram flour) – for coating
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🫙 Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices.
  • 🧅 Prepare batter with besan, sliced onions, green chilies, coriander, and water.
  • 🐔 Dip marinated chicken in batter and ensure it’s fully coated.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and carefully drop the chicken pieces to fry.
  • ✨ Fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
