Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken pieces – bite-sized
- 🥣 Besan (gram flour) – for coating
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🫙 Oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices.
- 🧅 Prepare batter with besan, sliced onions, green chilies, coriander, and water.
- 🐔 Dip marinated chicken in batter and ensure it’s fully coated.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and carefully drop the chicken pieces to fry.
- ✨ Fry until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
