Instructions

  • 🍂 Season mixture with salt, pepper, and a touch of sugar to taste. Let it cool.
  • 🫓 Layer warka dough or phyllo pastry in a circular baking dish, brushing each layer with melted butter.
  • 🥘 Place the filling in the center, then cover with more layers of dough, buttering each layer.
