  • 🧂 Sea Salt – to taste
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat your grill to high heat until the grates are hot.
  • 🧂 Season the meat generously on both sides with coarse sea salt.
  • 🥩 Place the meat on the grill and cook to your preferred doneness, turning once.
  • 🔪 Remove from heat and let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  • ✨ Drizzle with fresh chimichurri sauce and serve immediately.
