Ingredients
- 🌾 All-purpose flour – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – 1 tsp
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
- 🧈 Ghee/Butter – for layering
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough.
- ⏳ Knead the dough well for 10-15 minutes, then rest for 30 mins.
- 🔪 Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a thin circle.
- 🧈 Apply ghee/butter, pleat the circle and coil into a spiral.
- 🍳 Roll the spiral into a parotta, cook on a hot pan until golden brown on both sides.
