Instructions
- 🍆 Prepare eggplant by slicing and salting; let sit, then rinse and dry.
- 🔥 Fry or bake eggplant slices until golden brown.
- 🍅 In a baking dish, layer tomato sauce, eggplant, mozzarella, and parmesan.
- 🌿 Repeat layers, topping with parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- ♨️ Bake at 375°F (190°C) until bubbly and golden brown, about 25-30 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil.
