Ingredients
- 🧀 Paneer – cubed
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🥄 Cooking oil
- 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté until fragrant.
- 🍅 Stir in tomato puree and spices, cook until oil separates.
- 🧀 Add paneer cubes and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice.
