Ingredients

  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
  • 🥄 Cooking oil
  • 🧂 Spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander)

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Stir in tomato puree and spices, cook until oil separates.
  • 🧀 Add paneer cubes and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with roti or rice.
