Ingredients

- 🥚 Egg – 1 large

Instructions
- 🥣 Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- 🥚 In another bowl, whisk egg and milk, then add melted butter.
- 🥞 Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- 🥄 Pour batter onto the hot surface, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
