Ingredients
- 🍜 Wide rice noodles – 8 oz
- 🌿 Thai basil – 1 cup
- 🌶️ Chili peppers – 2, sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🥦 Broccoli – 1 cup, chopped
- 🥕 Carrot – ½ cup, sliced
- 🥚 Egg – 1
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🦪 Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
- 🍚 Sugar – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and chili peppers in oil until fragrant.
- 🥚 Add egg and scramble.
- 🥦 Add broccoli, carrots, and cook until slightly tender.
- 🍜 Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar; stir-fry well.
- 🌿 Stir in Thai basil and serve immediately.
