Ingredients

  • 🍜 Wide rice noodles – 8 oz
  • 🌿 Thai basil – 1 cup
  • 🌶️ Chili peppers – 2, sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🥦 Broccoli – 1 cup, chopped
  • 🥕 Carrot – ½ cup, sliced
  • 🥚 Egg – 1
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🦪 Oyster sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🍚 Sugar – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Stir-fry garlic and chili peppers in oil until fragrant.
  • 🥚 Add egg and scramble.
  • 🥦 Add broccoli, carrots, and cook until slightly tender.
  • 🍜 Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar; stir-fry well.
  • 🌿 Stir in Thai basil and serve immediately.
