Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles 🍜
- 1 tbsp sesame oil 🫘
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 inch ginger, grated ⚙️
- 4 cups chicken broth 🐔
- 2 tbsp soy sauce 🍶
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sugar 🍬
- 1/2 lb fresh oysters 🦪
- 2 green onions, sliced 🧅
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips 📃
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved 🥚
- Optional: Chili oil 🌶️
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. 🍜
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. 🧄⚙️
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a simmer. 🐔🍶🍬
- Gently add oysters to the broth and cook until plump and slightly curled, about 3-5 minutes. 🦪
- Divide noodles between two bowls. Pour broth and oysters over noodles.
- Garnish with green onions, nori strips, and soft-boiled egg. 🧅📃🥚
- Drizzle with chili oil if desired. 🌶️
- Serve immediately and enjoy! 🎉
