Ingredients
- 🦪 Oysters – fresh or frozen
- 🍜 Mee Sua – thin wheat noodles
- 🍚 Cornstarch – for coating
- 🥬 Cabbage – shredded
- 🍄 Dried mushrooms – soaked and sliced
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
- 🧅 Fried shallots – for garnish
- 🥚 Egg – beaten
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili sauce – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add dried mushrooms and cabbage, then stir-fry.
- 💧 Add water or broth and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
- 🍲 Gently add Mee Sua noodles and cook until softened.
- 🥚 Drizzle beaten egg into the soup while stirring to create egg ribbons.
- 🦪 Add oysters and cook until just cooked through. Garnish with cilantro and fried shallots. Serve hot with chili sauce.
