Ingredients

  • 🐂 Oxtail – braised until tender
  • 🥔 Gnocchi – store-bought or homemade
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🥕 Carrots – diced
  • 🌿 Herbs – rosemary, thyme
  • 🍷 Red Wine – for braising
  • 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated, for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Braise oxtail with red wine, onions, carrots and herbs until very tender.
  • 🔪 Shred the oxtail meat, discarding bones and excess fat. Reserve braising liquid.
  • 🥔 Cook gnocchi according to package directions.
  • 🍝 Toss cooked gnocchi with shredded oxtail and some of the braising liquid.
  • 🧀 Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
