Ingredients
- 🐂 Oxtail – braised until tender
- 🥔 Gnocchi – store-bought or homemade
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🥕 Carrots – diced
- 🌿 Herbs – rosemary, thyme
- 🍷 Red Wine – for braising
- 🧀 Parmesan Cheese – grated, for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Braise oxtail with red wine, onions, carrots and herbs until very tender.
- 🔪 Shred the oxtail meat, discarding bones and excess fat. Reserve braising liquid.
- 🥔 Cook gnocchi according to package directions.
- 🍝 Toss cooked gnocchi with shredded oxtail and some of the braising liquid.
- 🧀 Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
