Ingredients

  • 🥛 Rolled Oats – 1/2 cup
  • 🍓 Mixed Berries – 1/2 cup (fresh or frozen)
  • 💧 Milk (or plant-based milk) – 1 cup
  • 🍯 Sweetener (honey, maple syrup) – to taste
  • 🌱 Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine oats, berries, milk, sweetener, and chia seeds (if using) in a jar or container.
  • 🥄 Stir well to ensure everything is mixed.
  • 🌃 Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
  • 🍓 In the morning, stir again and add more berries or sweetener if desired.
  • 😋 Enjoy cold straight from the fridge!
