Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
- 🥩 Thinly sliced beef – 8 oz
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, thinly sliced
- 🥚 Eggs – 2
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍶 Mirin – 1 tbsp
- 🫘 Dashi – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Green onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🧅 Sauté onions and beef until beef is browned.
- 🥣 Add dashi, soy sauce, and mirin to the pan.
- 🥚 Lightly beat eggs and pour over the beef mixture.
- 🍚 Simmer until eggs are partially set, then serve over rice.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve.
