Ingredients

  • 🍶 Mirin – 1 tbsp
  • 🫘 Dashi – 1/2 cup
  • 🌿 Green onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🧅 Sauté onions and beef until beef is browned.
  • 🥣 Add dashi, soy sauce, and mirin to the pan.
  • 🥚 Lightly beat eggs and pour over the beef mixture.
  • 🍚 Simmer until eggs are partially set, then serve over rice.
