Ingredients
- 🥬 Shredded Cabbage – 2 cups
- 🥚 Egg – 2 large
- 🌾 All-purpose Flour – ½ cup
- 💧 Water – ½ cup
- 🥓 Bacon or Pork Belly – 4 slices
- 🍶 Okonomiyaki Sauce – to taste
- 🍃 Dried Seaweed Flakes (Aonori) – to garnish
- 🐟 Bonito Flakes – to garnish
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix flour, water, and egg to form a batter.
- 🥬 Add shredded cabbage and any other desired fillings to the batter.
- 🔥 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium heat.
- 🥓 Pour batter onto the griddle and top with bacon slices.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and cooked through, then flip and cook the other side.
- ✨ Serve hot, topped with Okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, Aonori, and Bonito flakes.
