Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
  • 🌿 Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • 💛 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • ❤️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🫘 Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • 🧈 Butter – for cooking
  • 💧 Water – as needed

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat butter, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and all the dry spices, cook until the oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add the main ingredient (paneer/vegetables/chicken), mix well and cook until done.
  • 🥛 Stir in cream and garam masala, simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.✨
