Ingredients
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – slit
- 🌿 Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- 💛 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- ❤️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🫘 Garam masala – 1 tsp
- 🧈 Butter – for cooking
- 💧 Water – as needed
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat butter, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté until fragrant.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and all the dry spices, cook until the oil separates.
- 🥘 Add the main ingredient (paneer/vegetables/chicken), mix well and cook until done.
- 🥛 Stir in cream and garam masala, simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.✨
