Ingredients
- 🍪 Graham Crackers – 1.5 cups finely crushed
- 🧈 Butter – 1/3 cup melted
- 🧀 Cream Cheese – 900g softened
- 🍚 Sugar – 1 cup granulated
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large at room temperature
- 🥛 Sour Cream – 1 cup
- 🍦 Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🍪 Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and press firmly into a springform pan.
- 🥣 Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- 🥚 Gently whisk in eggs one by one until just combined to avoid air bubbles.
- ⏲️ Pour batter over the crust and bake at 160°C (325°F) until the edges are firm.
- ❄️ Turn off the oven, let it cool inside, then chill in the fridge for 6+ hours.
