Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Chicken or 🧆 Tofu – 500g, cubed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, diced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2, slit (optional)
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Garam Masala)
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies; sauté until fragrant.
- 🍗 Add chicken or tofu and cook until browned.
- 🍅 Add tomatoes and spices; cook until tomatoes soften.
- 🍚 Add rice and water; bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
