Ingredients

- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced

Instructions
- 💧 Cook reginette pasta according to package directions.
- 🔥 In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- 🌶️ Add nduja and cook, breaking it up, until it renders its fat.
- 🍅 Stir in canned tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 🍝 Toss the cooked pasta with the nduja sauce, garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately. ✨
