Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken or Paneer – cubed
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Nagpur Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🥄 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 🍶 Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
- 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree, Nagpur chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
- 🍗 Add chicken or paneer and cook until done.
- 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
