Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken or Paneer – cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Nagpur Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🥄 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🍶 Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree, Nagpur chilli powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
  • 🍗 Add chicken or paneer and cook until done.
  • 🌿 Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
