Ingredients
- 🍔 Burger buns – 2
- 🥩 Ground mutton – 250g
- 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 2 slices
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🥒 Pickles – a few slices
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat griddle or pan on medium-high heat.
- 🥩 Form mutton into loose balls. Place on hot surface and smash thin with a spatula.
- 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
- 🧀 Add cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
- 🍔 Assemble burger with patties, onions, pickles, and your favorite sauce.
