Ingredients

  • 🍔 Burger buns – 2
  • 🥩 Ground mutton – 250g
  • 🧀 Cheddar cheese – 2 slices
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🥒 Pickles – a few slices
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat griddle or pan on medium-high heat.
  • 🥩 Form mutton into loose balls. Place on hot surface and smash thin with a spatula.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
  • 🧀 Add cheese slices during the last minute to melt.
  • 🍔 Assemble burger with patties, onions, pickles, and your favorite sauce.
