Ingredients
- 🐑 Ground mutton – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🫙 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix ground mutton with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander, spices, and lemon juice.
- 🧤 Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
- 🔥 Grill, bake, or pan-fry the kebabs until cooked through and browned.
- ✨ Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
