Ingredients
- ๐ Ground mutton โ 500g
- ๐ง Onion โ finely chopped
- ๐ซ Ginger-garlic paste โ 1 tbsp
- ๐ถ๏ธ Green chilies โ finely chopped
- ๐ฟ Coriander leaves โ chopped
- ๐ง Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) โ to taste
- ๐ Lemon juice โ 1 tbsp
Instructions
- ๐ฅฃ In a bowl, mix ground mutton with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander, spices, and lemon juice.
- ๐งค Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- ๐ข Shape the mixture onto skewers.
- ๐ฅ Grill, bake, or pan-fry the kebabs until cooked through and browned.
- โจ Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
