Ingredients

  • 🐑 Ground mutton – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🫙 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – chopped
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix ground mutton with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander, spices, and lemon juice.
  • 🧤 Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
  • 🔥 Grill, bake, or pan-fry the kebabs until cooked through and browned.
  • ✨ Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
