Ingredients

  • 🐑 Ground mutton – 500g
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🫙 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala)

Instructions

  • 🐑 In a bowl, mix ground mutton with chopped onions, garlic, coriander, and green chilies.
  • 🍋 Add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Mix well.
  • 🌡️ Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
  • 🔥 Grill, bake, or pan-fry until cooked through and slightly browned.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney.
