Ingredients
- 🐑 Ground mutton – 500g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – finely chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🫙 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala)
Instructions
- 🐑 In a bowl, mix ground mutton with chopped onions, garlic, coriander, and green chilies.
- 🍋 Add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Mix well.
- 🌡️ Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 🍢 Shape the mixture onto skewers.
- 🔥 Grill, bake, or pan-fry until cooked through and slightly browned.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney.
