Ingredients
- 🍔 Burger buns – 2
- 🐑 Ground mutton – 250g
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – minced

- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala) – to taste
- 🥬 Lettuce – a few leaves
- 🍅 Tomato – sliced
- 🧅 Onion – sliced
Instructions
- 🐑 Prepare the mutton kebab mixture: Combine ground mutton, onion, coriander, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices.
- 🧤 Shape the mixture into patties and shallow fry or grill until cooked through.
- 🍔 Toast the burger buns lightly.
- 🥬 Assemble the burger: Place lettuce, tomato, and onion slices on the bottom bun, then add the mutton kebab patty.
- ✨ Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
