Ingredients
- 🐑 Mutton – 1 kg, cubed
- 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- 🌱 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 mins.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
- 🥘 Add marinated mutton and cook on medium heat until browned.
- 💧 Add water as needed and simmer until mutton is tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or naan.
