Ingredients

  • 🐑 Mutton – 1 kg, cubed
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 large, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 3 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • 🥛 Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • 🌱 Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • 🌿 Fresh Coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Marinate mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 mins.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until golden brown, then add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  • 🥘 Add marinated mutton and cook on medium heat until browned.
  • 💧 Add water as needed and simmer until mutton is tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or naan.
