Ingredients
- 1 lb Assorted Mushrooms (Shiitake, Enoki, Oyster) 🍄
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth 🥕
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 inch Ginger, sliced 🧅
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 🍶
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 🥜
- 1 tsp Sugar 🍬
- 1/2 tsp Salt 🧂
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper 🌶️
- Napa Cabbage, chopped 🥬
- Tofu, cubed 🧊
- Glass Noodles 🍜 (optional)
- Green Onions, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Instructions
- Prepare the broth: In a pot, combine vegetable broth, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Bring to a simmer. 🍲
- Arrange ingredients: Place the mushrooms, napa cabbage, tofu, and glass noodles (if using) on a platter. 🍽️
- Cook the hot pot: Transfer the simmering broth to a portable burner at the table. ♨️
- Add ingredients to the broth: Add the mushrooms, cabbage, and tofu to the hot pot. Cook until tender. ⏳
- Cook noodles (if using): Add glass noodles and cook until softened. 🍜
- Serve and enjoy: Garnish with green onions and serve hot. Enjoy! 🎉
