Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 250g, cleaned and sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, diced or pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Spices – Turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala
  • 🧴 Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🍀 Fresh Coriander – small handful, chopped

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until they become soft and golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cooking until the mixture softens.
  • 🧂 Stir in the dry spices and salt, cooking for two minutes to release aromas.
  • 🥘 Fold in the mushrooms and a splash of water, simmering until tender.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or flatbread.
